Shipping More Hydrangea Flowers for Weddings

After we had that couple of extremely Hot weeks for California we have had many overcast days. Still sightly humid but we rarely are getting out of the 70's daytime temperature and the sun doesn't break through the high clouds till late afternoon. We are having a lot of fun picking and shipping these hydrangea flowers out and as you can see we do a fair amount of Blue and lavender shades.

Early this morning I sent my wife Sara off to see two of my girls, Ellie & Jessica, as they are finishing up their singing tours this week in the mid west. It will be good to have all three girls back home again this Thursday after being gone for 6 weeks touring.

Our 28th Wedding Anniversery

I am a little late posting this occasion which occured on July 15.
It will be more difficult for me to now forget the date of our anniversery since Sara and I spent that special day at a wedding for one of our college friends.

Not a usual site behind our hills here on the coast of southern California. Because of our higher than normal temperatures we have seen these beautiful thunderhead clouds form in the afternoons. Much more typical in other parts of our United States of America

At the nursery we take care processing each order of wedding flowers. When I receive the orders I post the night before what our employees are to pick for packing and shipping out that day. Depending on the wedding or special event the employees go out and pick to the desired color of hydrangea blooms and spend time cleaning and bunching the hydrangea blooms into five stem bunches. As you can see the hydrangea flowers range in color. We can provide the hydrangea wedding flowers in shades of blue, lavender, purple, shades of pink, white, green and the antique jewel tones. Contact us so we can be your supplier of these beautiful wedding hydrangea flowers.

Antique, Jewel tone, hydrangea blooms

Walking through our hydrangea plants yesterday I noticed we are starting to get some of the antique jewel tone shades.
If interested in getting some of these, let me know. At this stage of flower maturity the hydrangea blooms dry very easily and retain much of their color.

Good Morning 7/12/06 NO FOG!!!!

Today has started out beautiful, no fog. The last few days have started out very foggy not getting sunny until around 10am. I guess it keeps us cool though while out there picking the hydrangeas to get the orders out for the day.
This is the view I have from our home looking out over our valley here in southern California, a great place to LIVE!!!

Also included a scarry shot my youngest daughter took of herself before she and her sisters left for their singing across the country. Great to be a Dad of such fun girls.

Another Beautiful Day At The Ranch

Well today started out cool (in the 50's) and foggy, but now it is sunny and will probably make it up to the low 80's.
We are picking and packing our orders, so I took this shot of one of my employees Juan bunching the flowers before we box and ship. Enjoy your day.

Let me know if we can be of service to you or if you would like a shipment of these beautiful hydrangeas fresh from our ranch. Jim Hipple

Some more pictures of our growing and God's handiwork.
I made a delivery today to one of the large estates near us in Montecito Ca.
These are some of our plants planted a month ago.
Also added a shot of one of the many blooms we grow here.
